The illustrated DMT Knife Sharpener is the Fine DMT D6 Dia-Sharp Knife Sharpener, a bench diamond knife sharpener that features a 6" long by 2" wide 600 mesh fine grit Monocrystalline diamond sharpening surface, and four non slip rubber feet. Use the Fine 600 mesh, 25 micron diamond sharpener to polish and refine to put a keen edge on a maintained tool.
DMT Dia-Sharp Knife Sharpeners are continuous diamond surface sharpening stones. DMT uses Monocrystalline diamonds that are securely bonded in nickel, and then electroplated onto a solid stainless steel plate. The uninterrupted diamond sharpening surface makes a Dia-Sharp knife sharpener an ideal tool for putting a razor edge on knives, as well as pointed tools, and tools with a small contact area.
