The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Cleaver, for heavy duty chopping of meat and bone, that features a 7" by 3" blade made of high carbon stainless steel with a hanging hole. The Walnut handle of this cleaver knife comes with polished rivets. Made in the USA.
