The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Cleaver Knife that features a 7" by 3 1/2" blade with hanging hole made of high carbon stainless steel. The ergonomic black nylon handle has been approved by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation). Made in the USA.
