Al Mar Knives: Al Mar Payara Knife with Serial Number, AL-AMPA2
The AMPA2 Al Mar Payara Knife, named after the elusive and vicious sabre toothed fish found in South American rivers that feed on Piranha by impaling them on fangs measuring up to 6 inches in length, features a 4 inch modified tanto blade made of VG10 stainless steel, .12 inches thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 59-60. The blade of this Al Mar knife has a notched thumb ramp for secure grip and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The slightly curved black G10 handle, 4.75 inches closed, has dual stainless steel liners, stainless steel backspacers, and liner lock. A removable black stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end.
