The 1817PS-BKC Artisan Orthodox Knife is a no nonsense compact EDC that features a 2.95 inch razor style blade (a favorite of ranchers and cowboys for working cattle) made of D2 steel, .13 inch thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60, a stonewash finish, pronounced choil for secure grip when choking up on the blade, and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black G10 handle, 4.05 inches closed, has ceramic ball bearing pivot support for fast, smooth opening, steel liners for strength, a liner lock, large standoff with integral lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible steel pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The 1817PS Series Artisan Orthodox Knife has an overall open length of 7.0 inches, and it weighs 2.47 ounces. Made in China.
