The 15500 Benchmade Meatcrafter Knife, designed in collaboration with MeatEater's Steven Rinella, is bound to be a favorite among chef's and outdoorsmen alike. This Meatcrafter features a 6.077 inch trailing point fixed blade made of CPM 154 stainless steel, .09 inches thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-61, a swedged spine and a bead blast finish. It has full tang construction for strength, ergonomic contouring for comfort, orange Santoprene scales and a large lined lanyard hole. A Boltaron sheath is included. The Meatcrafter Knife has an overall length of 11.059 inches, and it weighs 3.24 ounces (5.01 ounces with the sheath). Proudly made in the USA.
