The illustrated Benchmade Knife is the Benchmade Contego, designed by Warren Osborne, that features a 3.98" reverse tanto blade made of CPM-M4 steel, .156" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 62-64. The blade of this Benchmade Knife has a clear Cerakote™ finish for corrosion resistance and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black G10 handle, 5.30" closed, has grooves and texturing for secure grip, a stainless steel back spacer for strength, the ambidextrous AXIS Lock and a carbide glass breaker. A side to side reversible deep carry pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Benchmade Knife. The Benchmade Contego Knife with plain edge blade has an overall open length of 9.28", and it weighs 5.92 ounces. Made in the USA.
