Boker Knives: Boker Plus Pico Knife, BK-01BO612
The 01BO612 Boker Plus Pico Knife is an ultra compact everyday carry pocket knife, designed by David Curtiss, that features a 1.40 inch sheepfoot blade made of 440C stainless steel, .10 inch thick, with a stonewash finish, a swedged tip, weight reducing slot, and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The stainless steel handle, 2.10 inches closed, has milled grooves and ergonomic contours for secure grip, and a sturdy frame lock. No pocket clip. The Boker Plus Pico has an overall open length of 3.50 inches, and it weighs only 1.5 ounces. Made in China.
From the Boker USA website: The Boker Plus Piko is perfect for all those users for whom the compact Nano is still too big. Perhaps the smallest Boker Plus pocketknife of all time was designed significantly smaller and lighter with an overall length of just 9 cm. The design by David Curtiss shows once again that size and functionality do not necessarily correlate. The convex blade of 440C is opened with a flipper and secured with a stainless steel framelock. No clip.
