I have bought and used standard model Buck fixed blade hunting knives since the early 1960s. This is the first new model I'm aware of in a long, long time. I mostly like the new size, which is most versatile. The already known materials and workmanship are good and reliable as I've always depended on. The sheath is great fitting and well made. I can't think of anything I don't like about the knife. It's what I both expected and hoped for.
