In 2002, Case introduced the B2100 SS Saddlehorn with smooth Waterfall Celluloid handles. It features stainless steel clip and spey blades with 24-karat gold-plated artwork. The bolsters are nickel silver, with brass liners and pins, and the handle is adorned with the Case bow tie shield.

Each knife is engraved with the Case "Long Tail C" serial number. It comes in a wooden display case with a glass front, suitable for hanging. The case also includes a battery-operated clock and a Genuine Collectable Medallion.
