Each of the Case kitchen knives features a Tru-Sharp surgical steel blade, and a triple riveted Walnut handle with Case XX embellishment. The Case Block Set includes a Chef's Knife with 8" blade, a Slicing Knife with 9" blade, a Bread Knife with 8" serrated blade, a Boning Knife with 6" blade and a Paring Knife with 3" blade.
