While Chris Reeve Knives are new for us, they have actually been making knives for over twenty years. Reeve’s legendary innovations have forever shaped the framework of how knives are made today. From his early beginnings in South Africa, Chris Reeve immigrated to Idaho in 1989 and has since become one of the premium knife makers around. He was inducted into the Cutlery Hall of Fame in June 2015 and has won Blade Magazine's Blade Show Manufacturing Quality Award 15 times. In 2003, Reeve collaborated with Crucible to develop the CPM S30V blade steel. CRK uses premium materials such as thick titanium handles and CPM S35VN. He also created the now commonly known framelock, a stronger, sturdier variation on Michael Walker's linerlock. Chris Reeve Knives are top-notch and we are very excited to be carrying their line. We hope you give them a look.
