I gave this a better rating becauseKnivesPlus laser engraved my dogs name on it. Lol.
It’s not a great knife because it wasn’t really designed by a real knife designer..
This knife is small in hand but the inferior design of handle butt gives it less grip on little pinky. They shouldn’t have rounded butt, it just doesn’t feel good in grip. Civili should grind/sand liner edges to take away some of the weirdness and make this feel like a real pocket knife too. I don’t like the black liners. The cutouts in handles for lanyard are just plain novice work, can’t your workers drill? would’ve rather had this knife had a squared butt so I could grind a better shaped handle on it. And no lanyard hole thank you… full handle scales please?! The shiniest thing in the knife is the stupid C on pivot. That’s just shows horrible taste on Civilis part. The back handle looks good but 1/4 of front handle has no copper in it.
Black oxide coating ruins Damascus blade. Who thought of that?
