I have 6 ounce, 8 ounce and 11 ounce throwing knives - the cold steel Pro Flight Sport 14 is easily the most accurate and controlled throwing knife I use currently. I recently took up the hobby after a 30 year absence and I thoroughly enjoy it - helps relieve the stress from my sales job and keeps my throwing arm in shape. Knives Plus has great service - they ship quickly and their products are top notch. Thanks for the excellent value - I've added 2 of the Pro Flights to my throwing routine and plan to add 3 more in a few days.

Great product. Well made and nicely balanced . Very good design. Very accurate. If you are just starting out try painting blade about half way up with white paint. It will help you keep an eye on your rotation.
