ONE BAD-ASS STICK !!! 09/23/2017

HAVE HAD MINE FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS & HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS !!!! THE FAUX-WOOD ON THE KNOB HAD BECOME SLIGHTLY DINGED, BUT SOME STEEL WOOL, DEGREASING, & A COUPLE OF LIGHT COATS OF "VALSPAR RADIANCE BLACK" DID THE TRICK. IT WILL NEED A PROPER SLIP-ON RUBBER TIP TO PREVENT FLOOR SLIPS. FAB A P-CORD LOOP AROUND & UNDER THE KNOB, MAKES A GREAT ADDITION TO PERMIT IT TO HANG ON A WALL HOOK. THE STICK IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT A LIGHTWEIGHT, BUT IT'S WEIGHT, STIFFNESS, & APPREARANCE IS IMPRESSIVE AS YOU CASUALLY STROLL THROUGH THE SHOPPING MALL OR DOWN THE SIDEWALK IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD. YOU MIGHT GET SOME STRANGE LOOKS OR GOOFY COMMENTS, BUT JUST LOOK AT THEM & GRIN !!!!!!!!!---OOORAH.

This is a great cane/walking stick for both urban use and hiking. Solid construction with nice weight and good balance. I recommend using a rubber tip particularly for urban use. Your personal height needs to be taken into consideration due to the 37" length of the cane. If you are below 5' 10" this stick will not be best for you.
