Colombia River Knife and Tool: CRKT Folts Minimalist Knife, Bowie, CR-2387

The illustrated CRKT Knife is the CRKT Folts Minimalist Knife, designed by knifemaker Alan Folts. This Folts Minimalist Knife is a small lightweight fixed blade knife that features a 2.125" bowie fixed blade made of 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, .108" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 55-57. The blade of this CRKT knife has a non reflective bead blast finish and a notched thumb rest. The Folts Minimalist has full tang construction; black and green Micarta scales, three finger choil design for secure grip and a braided fob. A custom fitted glass filled nylon sheath with neck para cord is included with this CRKT knife. The CRKT Folts Minimalist Knife with bowie blade has an overall length of 5.13" and weighs only 2.1 ounces with the sheath.

Was surprised about how quick it arrived in the post. The knife is a nice EDC. Great metal and full tang, came out of the box sharp. Handles are a very nice Green micarta material. The added paracord like tassel on the end gives a bit more area to grab with the small finger. Good hand feel and all around great knife and the price is nice. You can carry it on the belt with the included belt clip, but I personally carry it as a neck knife and I thought it may be too heavy but not at all. It is a perfect little EDC for many jobs. Also the service from Knives Plus was the best. They helped so much.
Will definitely be buying from them again! I would give this knife and the service a solid 5 out of 5.
