Columbia River Knife and Tool: CRKT Picatinny Tool, CR-8975
The illustrated CRKT tool is the CRKT Picatinny Tool, made in collaboration with Crimson Trace Corporation. The CRKT Picatinny Tool features a 2.75" part serrated blade made of 8Cr14MoV stainless steel, .113" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this CRKT Tool has a non reflective black coat, a notched thumb rest for secure grip and a thumb stud for one hand opening. The Picatinny Tool has a black Zytel handle, 4.00" closed, with bit and wrench storage slots, CTC shield inlay, a liner lock and a lanyard hole. This CRKT Tool includes a hex wrench driver with on-axis screwdriver and angle driver options, scraper blade with 8mm wrench, fold out pin that can be used to clear jams and remove slide release pins, .028 and .050 Allen wrenches, small flat, Phillips, Torx 20 and Hex 3/32 bits. A removable stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this CRKT Tool. The CRKT Picatinny Tool has an overall open length of 6.75", and it weighs 4.7 ounces.
