The CRKT Tighe Rade Knife, designed by Ontario knifemaker Brian Tighe, features a 3.38" drop point blade made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, .12" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60, a satin finish, dual thumb studs and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The blade has a compound grind resulting in a reinforced tip for heavy duty use, and an area close to the handle for fine cuts and wire stripping. The contoured 6061 T6 aluminum handle, 4.53" closed, has 2 tone matte gray and polished finish with grooves and bird's beak pommel for secure grip, steel liners for strength, a Button Lock
Not automatic and a lanyard hole. A removable steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end. The Tighe Rade Knife has an overall open length of 7.88", and it weighs 4.5 ounces. Made in China.
