Columbia River Knife and Tool: CRKT Keramin Knife, CR-2389
The illustrated CRKT Knife is the CRKT Keramin Knife, designed by Alan Folts, that features a 2.31" karambit style fixed blade made of 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, .120" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 55-57. The blade of this CRKT knife has a hollow grind, a non reflective bead blast finish and a notched thumb ramp. The Keramin Knife has full tang construction for strength, finger grooves for secure grip, black and green two tone resin infused fiber scales, and a braided fob. A black polypropylene sheath with neck lanyard is included with this CRKT Knife. The CRKT Keramin Knife has an overall length of 4.78", and it weighs 1.7 ounces; 2.2 ounces with the sheath.
From the CRKT website: The Keramin™ is a full-tang, stainless steel knife with a bead blast finish. The handle has resin infused scales that are ergonomic for detailed cutting control. The tip is designed for extreme detail work and is needle sharp. Prying is not recommended with this blade.
