The illustrated CRKT knife is the CRKT M16 SS EDC Knife, designed by Kit Carson, that features a 3.125" spear point blade made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, .098" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this CRKT knife has a non reflective black finish, a notched thumb rest for secure grip, dual thumb studs and a Carson Flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The Carson Flipper also serves as a finger guard when the blade is deployed. The drilled stainless steel handle, 4.00" closed, has a non reflective black oxide finish, a frame lock and a lanyard hole. A side to side reversible black stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this CRKT Knife. The CRKT M16 SS EDC Knife with black spear point blade has an overall open length of 7.13", and it weighs 2.6 ounces.
