Columbia River Knife and Tool: CRKT VASP Knife, Part Serrated, CR-7481
The illustrated CRKT knife is the CRKT VASP Knife (Verify Advance Secure Proceed), designed by Steve Jernigan, that features a 3.71" part serrated drop point blade made of 8Cr14MoV stainless steel, .120" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this CRKT knife has a satin finish, a notched thumb ramp, hole, Flipper and the IKBS pivot system for smooth ambidextrous one hand opening. The steel handle, 4.65" closed, has textured tan G10 scales for secure grip, a liner lock and a lanyard hole. A removable stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this CRKT knife. The CRKT VASP Knife has an overall length of 8.25" when open, and it weighs 4.1 ounces.
