The illustrated EZE-LAP Knife Sharpener Set is the Hone and Stone diamond knife sharpener set that includes a Super Fine 1200 grit stone, Fine 600 grit stone and a Medium 400 grit stone. The Fine 600 grit can handle 98 percent of sharpening needs, with sufficient abrasive ability to hone a dull knife, or put a fast razor sharp finish on an edge. The Medium 400 grit will sharpen quickly and leave a high quality finish. The Super Fine 1200 grit is designed to polish and fine finish to mirror perfection. Each of the EZE-LAP Hone and Stone diamond knife sharpeners features a 3/4" wide by 2" long sharpening area mounted on a plastic handle, 6" long, with a hanging hole.
EZE-LAP has a patented heat treatment process that bonds the highest quality industrial grade diamond particles in a stainless alloy, to a metal substrate. This process creates a surface that measures around 72 on the Rockwell hardness scale; and results in a Diamond sharpener that will work on high tech blade steels, as well as tool steel, and most ceramic, carbide, and hardened materials.
