Forschner kitchen knives have high-carbon stainless steel blades, made with a special tempering process that produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
This Forschner Chinese Cleaver features an 8" long by 3" wide stainless steel blade. The blade has a slight curve and logo etch. The handle is made from nylon. Made in Portugal.
