The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Ham Slicer Knife that features a 10" straight edge blade with round tip. The blade of this Forschner knife has the Victorinox Logo etch and is 1 1/8" wide at the handle. The Rosewood handle comes with polished aluminum rivets.
Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
