The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Boning Knife that features a 6" wide, stiff, straight granton edge blade made of high carbon stainless steel. The blade of this Forschner knife has the Victorinox logo etch. The handle is made from black Fibrox, and has been approved by the National Sanitation Foundation.
