The illustrated JA Henckels Knife set is the Professional S Six Piece Block Set that includes a (31020-080) Paring Knife with 3" blade, a (31025-130) Utility Knife with 5" serrated blade, a (31021-200) Chef's Knife with 8" blade, a sharpening steel with round 9" sharpening area, a pair of kitchen shears and a solid hard wood storage block. Each of the Henckels knives features a blade forged from Friodur ice hardened high carbon stainless steel, and full tang construction with a high impact black polypropylene handle that is triple riveted to the tang. The handle is contoured for comfort, and it comes with an integral forged bolster. The JA Henckels Professional S Six Piece Block Set is made in Germany.
