The 24363 Hogue Deka Manual Folder is a sleek, lightweight everyday carry, designed by Allen Elishewitz, that features a 3.25 inch modified Wharncliffe blade made of premium CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, .094 inches thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 62-64, tumbled finish, notched thumb ramp for secure grip, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The slim profile blue Polymer handle, 4.25 inches closed, has grooves for secure purchase, ambidextrous ABLE Lock®, a lanyard hole and a side to side reversible stainless steel pocket clip mounted at the butt end. This Hogue Deka Knife has an overall open length of 7.50 inches, and it weighs 2.1 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.

First, usual great service from Knives Plus! Next, I love this knife. This is the tightest "axis type" folder I have. No play in any direction, but still drops shut. It is super lightweight, you can drop it in you pocket if you like and you wont even know that it is there. Initially I was concerned about the thickness of the blade, however it is plenty tough for my purposes. It slices through cardboard and packaging material with ease. The polymer handles seem fine to me, it is not as tough as G10, however it is plenty solid for anything that I would use it for. It came razor sharp and all I have needed to do to touch it up is a couple of passes on a strop. I really like the Magnacut steel.
