The Kershaw Emerson 3 Piece Cook's Set, designed in collaboration with Ernest Emerson, includes the kitchen knife essentials - a Chef's Knife, a Bread Knife and a Paring Knife, each with a satin finished DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade. The knives have full length construction for strength and balance, and ergonomic black GFN (glass filled nylon) handles with texturing for secure grip. The Chef's Knife has a 7.75" blade and an overall length of 13.25"; the Bread Knife has a 7.25" serrated blade and an overall length of 12.5"; the Paring Knife has a 4.25" blade, and an overall length of 8". A plastic blade protector for each knife is included.
