Lansky Knife Sharpener Hones are mounted on color coded holders, that are finger grooved for slip resistance, and embossed with the stone grade for easy identification. These are replacements or upgrades for the Lansky Knife Sharpening Systems. Lansky Diamond knife sharpening hones are used to cut modern, super hard high-tech blade steel without wearing yourself out in the process.
The 280 grit Medium Diamond Knife Sharpener Hone, with orange holder, is used to maintain a fine sharp edge on all knives. Don't forget the guide rods! Package of 4 available-sold separately.
