Lansky Knife Sharpener Hones are mounted on color coded holders, that are finger grooved for slip resistance, and embossed with the stone grade for easy identification. These are replacements or upgrades for the Lansky Knife Sharpening Systems. Lansky Serrated Edge Knife Sharpener Hones are special V shaped hones, made of alumina ceramic, designed to sharpen serrated edges. These hones also have a V shaped groove on the side for sharpening pointed items.

The 280 grit Medium Serrated Knife Sharpener Hone, with tan holder, is used to reshape serrated edges-does not restore final edge. Don't forget the guide rods! Package of 4 available-sold separately.
