Lansky Knife Sharpener Hones are mounted on color coded holders, that are finger grooved for slip resistance, and embossed with the stone grade for easy identification. These are replacements or upgrades for the Lansky Knife Sharpening Systems.
The 280 grit Lansky Medium Man Made Knife Sharpener Hone, with green holder, is used to maintain a fine sharp edge on all knives. Don't forget the guide rods! Package of 4 available-sold separately.
