Lansky Knife Sharpener Hones are mounted on color coded holders, that are finger grooved for slip resistance, and embossed with the stone grade for easy identification. These are replacements or upgrades for the Lansky Knife Sharpening Systems.
The 1000 grit Lansky Ultra Fine Knife Sharpener Hone, with yellow holder, is a high alumina ceramic hone, that is used as finishing hone for blades that are already sharp. Don't forget the guide rods! Package of 4 available-sold separately.
