Lansky Knife Sharpener Hones are mounted on color coded holders, that are finger grooved for slip resistance, and embossed with the stone grade for easy identification. These are replacements or upgrades for the Lansky Knife Sharpening Systems.
The 2000 grit Lansky Man Made Super Sapphire Polishing Knife Sharpener Hone, with metallic blue holder, is used for the final polishing of an already sharp blade for the ultimate finish. Don't forget the guide rods! Package of 4 available-sold separately.
