Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. Please keep in mind that items that receive this service are non-refundable. If you feel we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will make it right.

The illustrated MODIFIED Spyderco Knife is the Spyderco Delica 4 Knife that features a REGROUND 2.5" blade made of VG10 stainless steel. The blade of this Spyderco knife has a notched thumb ramp and a Spyderco hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black fiberglass reinforced nylon handle, 4.25" closed, has a Volcano Grip texture and a Boye dent lockback. A side to side and end to end reversible metal pocket clip is included with this Spyderco knife. The MODIFIED Spyderco Delica 4 Knife has an overall length of 6.6" and weighs 2.5 ounces.

Nice knife with some small disappointments 08/09/2021

This definitely fills a niche in my Spyderco collection. I needed my first Delica wharncliffe, so got this and the acid wash Delica regrind which turned out great, and razor sharp. A couple of things on this: I didn’t opt for the “want it to shave” option because I figured they would sharpen it when they reprofiled the blade. But it clearly has a dull side so the edge isn’t evenly sharp. I won’t say it’s dull, but it’s not factory sharp. Also when they modified the tip they just left it unpolished, and two small rust spots were starting. That 1” or so of newly exposed steel leading down to the tip should have been polished to match the highly polished spine, and the transition between them should have been even instead of a slightly angled one. As it is, it looks like it was sawn off with a rough flat bastard file. I love Knivesplus, but this is sloppy work. I was going to try and fix it myself, but the more I look at it I think I’ll just return it.

If a Delica and a Dragonfly had a baby....this would be it. Knife came scary sharp and perfectly set up. The weight of the now shorter blade balances well with the delica handle. It with a "fuller" sound than my other delicas and a perfectly smooth opening.

I work in a hospital and edc this knife daily on the waist band of by scrubs... very light and easy to carry. I use it for opening packages and boxes mostly and so far it has performed flawlessly.

The shop did great work on the regrind and the knife came really, really sharp!!

Great Hard to Find Knife 03/18/2024

This knife was discontinued and I could find it on E-Bay, but for up to 3 times as much. Knives Plus not only has it in stock, but does the regrind and will change the screws on it. Love this knife because it is slim and light weight, but most important is it has the required 2.5" blade so it's allowed in Government facilities where i work. Plus it has a full length handle while other small blades have a tiny handle with it. Either way, very satisfied.

I had one of the Delica's that were made for Kahr Arms. I loved that knife, but unfortunately, I lost it. I was pleased to find that Knives Plus offers a model that allowed me to replace my original knife. I am extremely pleased with the result. I do wish I could get a silver pocket clip to match my original knife. The paint on the black coated clip tends to wear off over time.

Ordered all the way from South Korea where knife laws won't let me own folding knives with blade edge lenghth longer than 6cm. The regrind work is superb and the blade's razor sharp. I will probably EDC this for a loooooong time. Very happy with the product. Much love and respects from South Korea.
