The illustrated Old Timer Knife is the 1189799 Saw Cut Bone Large Trapper Knife (was 95OTB) that features 3.7 inch clip and spey blades made of 9Cr18MoV high carbon stainless steel, with nail nicks for opening. The Saw Cut Bone handle of this Old Timer Knife, 4.1 inches closed, has brass liners, Old Timer shield and grooved nickel silver bolsters. The Old Timer Large Trapper Knife weighs 3.5 ounces. Imported from China.

I absolutely wish these were still manufactured in the USA. It is unfortunate these have been shipped to Chinese factories. I have had a few blades break over the years, but I suppose for the price point, if we want the name brand, we must accept the lower quality. These pocket knives provide acceptable performance for what they are but don't expect them to be handed down to your children as was the norm with Old Timers back in the day.
