Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. The illustrated Ontario Knife is the M11 EOD Knife that features a 7.14" clip point fixed blade made of stainless steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 53.57. The blade of this Ontario Knife has a non reflective black finish, a rasped spine and a wire cutter hole. The M11 EOD Knife has a ribbed brown modified Kraton handle for secure grip, a black steel guard and a black steel butt cap. A brown glass reinforced nylon scabbard with quick release military holster, wire cutter and screwdriver is included with this Ontario Knife. The Ontario M11 EOD Knife has an overall length of 12.4". Made in the USA.

The Ontario US M11 EOD knife is top of the line. What makes it so great is that it is a knife. Not that anything is wrong with a bayonet when you need it but this blade is a well balanced, very sharp, big ass knife. Comes with the US Mil. hard sheath which is pretty much indestructible and a really good suspension system. I was afraid my son would swipe it, so I had to buy two. One came with a factory defect in the sheath and suspension. Called KP In Amarillo, told them my story and had all problems quickly resolved. Another great US made knive sold by a super company. I would never buy a knife anywhere but from Knives Plus. And get the new white leather strop block. Perfect for all your blades. Works great on the M11 EOD Knife and all blades you have. I think it would dangerously sharpen a big rock!
