Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. QSP Otter Knife - Stonewash Sheepsfoot - Jade G10

The QS140-D1 QSP Otter is a compact everyday carry that features a 2.7-inch sheepsfoot blade made of Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, 3mm thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 59-61, stonewash finish, notched thumb rest for secure grip, and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The ergonomic jade G10 handle, 3.8-inches closed, has a pivot with ceramic ball bearing support for smooth opening, sturdy liner lock, stainless steel liners for strength, a lanyard hole and a removable pocket clip mounted at the butt end. This QSP Otter Knife has an overall open length of 6.5 inches, and it weighs 2.47 ounces. Made in China.
