Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. The QS130-T QSP Penguin is a compact value price everyday carry knife that features a 3.06 inch sheepfoot blade made of Chinese D2 tool steel, 3mm thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60, two tone satin finish, a notched thumb rest for secure grip, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The eye catching shredded black carbon fiber overlay G10 handle, 4.00 inches closed, has stainless steel liners for strength, sturdy liner lock, a lanyard hole and a side to side reversible deep carry stainless steel pocket clip mounted at the butt end. This QSP Penguin Knife has an overall open length of 7.06 inches, and it weighs 3.39 ounces. Made in China.
