The illustrated Spyderco Knife is the Spyderco Atlantic Salt Knife. The Spyderco Atlantic Salt Knife has a blade made out of a PH (precipitation hardened) steel that doesn't rust. H1 steel is naturally hard, and it will hold a sharpened cutting edge equivalent to many carbon steels. H1 has 1 percent nitrogen instead of carbon, so it cannot rust. The illustrated Spyderco Atlantic Salt Knife features a 3.68" serrated sheepfoot blade made of H1 steel. The blade of this Spyderco knife has a notched thumb ramp and Spyderco hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black fiber reinforced nylon handle, 4.59" closed, has Volcano Grip texturing, a Boye Dent lockback, and lanyard hole. A side to side reversible black stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Spyderco knife. The Spyderco Atlantic Salt Knife has an overall length of 8.27" when open, and weighs 2.6 ounces.
