Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. Bronze Heat Colored Existing Hardware - $15.00

Bronze Heat Colored Hardware Add-On - The knife is disassembled and a small amount of heat is applied to the hardware to change it to a bronze color. This includes any screws, spacers, lanyard tubes, or clips that are satin. Acid stonewashed clips will not be heat colored.

The C123PCBL Spyderco Sage 5 Lightweight Knife - a welcome addition to the SPY27 family. This Sage 5 Lightweight features a 3-inch leaf blade made of CPM SPY27 stainless steel, .118-inch thick, with a full flat grind, a notched choil and thumb ramp for secure grip, and the Spyderco hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The ergonomic Cobalt Blue FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) handle, 4.17-inches closed, has Bi-Directional Texturing for secure purchase, nested stainless steel liners, sturdy Compression Lock, a lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible deep carry wire clip mounted at the butt end. The Spyderco Sage 5 Lightweight Knife has an overall open length of 7.13-inches and it weighs 3.0 ounces. Made in Taiwan.

From Spyderco's website: The injection-molded scales of the Sage 5 Lightweight trim its weight and add the enhanced traction of a Bi-Directional Texture pattern. This elite version of that design raises the bar even further by showcasing a blade crafted from our proprietary CPM SPY27 steel. Developed in close cooperation with Crucible® Industries, SPY27 supercharges the proven composition of VG-10 stainless steel with additional alloys and Crucible Industries’ state-of-the-art particle metallurgy manufacturing process. The full-flat-ground blade of this knife is supported by a high-strength Compression Lock mechanism and nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners housed within fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) scales. Consistent with the theme of our CPM SPY27 family, the scales are injection molded in a signature cobalt-blue color.
