These Knives Plus sourced titanium screws will replace the existing hardware on your Benchmade Osborne 940 / 943 knives. They do not fit the 940-1 / 940-2. This set comes with 9 total screws: (6) handle screws, (3) clip screws. They feature 2-56 threading with a T6 button head for easy installation.
