The FCF-01 TOPS Fieldcraft Folder, designed by Leo Espinoza, is the long awaited folding version of the popular Fieldcraft fixed blade by Brothers of Bushcraft. This tank of a field knife features a 4.38 inch drop point blade made of 1095 steel, .160 inch thick, with a modified Scandi grind, black Cerakote finished flats, a notched thumb rest for secure grip, and an oval hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The tan canvas Micarta handle, 5.5 inches closed, has ergonomic contours for comfort, thick black steel liners for strength, a sturdy liner lock, integral bow drill divot on each side, and a side to side reversible pocket clip mounted at the butt end. A genuine leather belt sheath with snap closure is included. The Fieldcraft Folder has an overall open length of 9.88 inches, and it weighs 7.5 ounces; 11.2 ounces with the sheath. Made in the USA.

The folding version promises to be every bit as popular for the same reasons. While it's larger than many folders out there right now, it carries well with a reversible tip-up pocket clip. We know you'll appreciate a blade longer than 4" in a lot of cases. The blade is made from 1095 high carbon steel. The handles are tan canvas Micarta on top of stainless steel liners. It has nearly all of the usefulness of the fixed blade, now in a folding version.
Note: While the Fieldcraft folder has been tested and abused to ensure a quality product, it is still a folding knife. As such, batoning and many other hard-use techniques that many fixed blades will handle, will not be covered under this knife's warranty.
